Unwanted pets

I have a mosquito in my room, very annoying guy. At the moment he is so full of me that I’ve decided to call him “Mauro the fourth” (I’m Mauro the third). OK, the point is that since a couple of days I haven’t heard him around the room. Probably is so full that he can barely move OR he exploded somewhere. I miss the buzzzz in my ears at 3 in the morning, where are you Mauro IV?
